Order processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. If a product has a different processing time, that timing will be shown on the product page.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. Delivery estimates are provided by the applicable carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent with the shipment confirmation.

Address changes

Contact Aureli as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.
