Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. If a product has a different processing time, that information will appear on its product page.

Shipping rates and destinations
Available shipping services, prices, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on the destination and available carrier services. Domestic orders currently receive free shipping where shown at checkout. International shipping options use the rates shown at checkout.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided when it is available from the carrier.

Delivery estimates
Delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the available shipping service.

Address changes
If an address needs to be corrected, contact Aureli through the Contact page as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been fulfilled.
