Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email support@aureli.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Aureli will provide a return shipping label.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
